Abraham Zhiri is a Nigerian academic and researcher, who will pursue an MPhil in Scientific Computing. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria, he has received several awards for his exceptional academic accomplishments. Committed to nurturing critical thinking, guiding emerging scholars, and promoting equal educational opportunities, Abraham is eager to investigate the correlation between wildfires and clouds in a changing climate to enhance climate resilience. After his studies at Cambridge, he aims to go back to Africa, empowering young scholars to foster positive change through translational research and mathematical scholarship.
