Fadila Issah
About
Fadila Issah is an Education and Development student from Ghana who earned a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University for Development Studies, Ghana. Her research focused on improving literacy outcomes through phonemic awareness.
As a dedicated member of the CAMFED Members Association (CAMA), Fadila volunteers to give back to the younger generation, especially girls, and the community at large, by promoting education and empowerment.
Fadila is interested in advancing equitable access to quality education and addressing disparities faced by underprivileged communities. She was a Lead for Ghana Fellow teaching biology at underprivileged schools in the northern part of Ghana.
Fadilla is pursuing an MPhil in Education (Education, Globalisation and International Development) and aims to deepen her knowledge of global education policy and development, and contribute to innovative solutions that transform learning outcomes across Africa.
