Francisca Arhinful
About
Francisca Arhinful is a Ghanaian scholar with a first class degree in Education with Information Studies from the University of Ghana, where she also served as a Teaching Assistant, and received the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program through CAMFED Ghana.
She is the founder of the Smooth Transition Help Center (SMOTHEC), which supports young people as they transition into higher education and meaningful careers through mentorship, digital skills training, and scholarship support.
Her mission is to transform educational ecosystems across Africa through policy advocacy, youth empowerment, and climate-resilient learning models.
Francisca is pursuing an MPhil in Education (Education Policy, Leadership, and Improvement). She hopes to build the tools, partnerships, and networks to scale her impact and help shape a thriving, sustainable future for Africa as an educator and education policy analyst.
