Jemima Ayub
About
Jemima Ayub is a clinical dietitian from Kenya with a strong interest in integrating nutrition services into broader health and wellness systems to promote preventive health.
She holds a degree in Food Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Nairobi and has provided personalised nutrition care in both clinical and fitness settings. Her work has involved designing tailored interventions, supporting wellness education, and using data to inform nutrition and fitness strategies in diverse environments.
Her experience in these environments sparked her interest in addressing the root causes of nutrition-related conditions at scale. She is particularly drawn to models that link individual care with systems-level interventions.
Jemima is pursuing an MPhil in Population Health Sciences. She looks forward to gaining skills in research, policy, and population health to contribute to evidence-based strategies for tackling non-communicable diseases and malnutrition across Sub-Saharan Africa.
