About
Lagu Emmanuel Anthony is an Agriculturalist from South Sudan who will be pursing MPhil in Biological Science (Crop Science), having previously obtained a first-class honor Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Extension at Ndejje University Uganda.
Lagu is devoted to empowering communities in fighting food insecurity and climate change through environmentally sustainable agronomic technologies. He plans to conduct his research on the future of sustainable agriculture focusing on crop improvement.
After his MPhil in Cambridge, Lagu’s drive is to share his knowledge with the rural farmers in promoting environmentally conscious practices and climate resilient agriculture.
