Oluwatimilehin Falodun

Oluwatimilehin Dorcas Falodun is an educator and program manager from Nigeria who has a B.Ed. degree in Educational Management from the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti where she emerged as the best graduating student in her department.

She is an educator with over five years of classroom experience and has worked with a non-profit where she successfully executed impactful initiatives that helped 800+ underprivileged children to have continued access to quality education.

Passionate about breaking the cycle of poverty and inequality, Dorcas is dedicated to advancing sustainable development across Africa. She is pursuing an MPhil in Education (Education Policy, Leadership and Improvement), and through her studies, hopes to gain the skills to contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based policies that promote equitable access to transformative education, particularly for marginalised groups
