Elias Yeshitila is an Ethiopian physician who graduated from Addis Ababa University. He will be pursuing an Mphil in Population Health Sciences. Elias has worked as an intern doctor in Ethiopia’s largest hospital and as a director of SCORA, an organization that works on SRHR and HIV/AIDS.
Having observed first hand the manifold challenges in the African healthcare system, he aspires to equip himself with strong competencies that will enable him to transform the sector by becoming a policymaker in the Health Ministry of Ethiopia and establishing an NGO which focuses on child health in Africa.
