Thato Katiba is a lawyer from Lesotho. He will be pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM). Before coming to Cambridge, he worked as a Credit Legal and Compliance Officer, Legal Practitioner and Research Consultant. Thato is very passionate about law, in particular Constitutional law. He believes that law can be used to foster development. He participated in Lesotho National Reforms and wrote a scholarly report on this topic. Upon his return from Cambridge, he intends to be part of the working group geared towards influencing policy change and improving Lesotho’s legal system in a manner that will foster development.
