Ziad Elkhaiary is an Egyptian process engineer working in the energy industry. He will be pursuing an MPhil in Advanced Chemical Engineering at the University of Cambridge. He has a keen interest in process development and optimization, with a particular focus on the incorporation of artificial intelligence into chemical engineering. Through his studies at Cambridge, he hopes to play a role in advancing the process industry towards greener, more efficient processes. With a commitment to giving back, Ziad aspires to apply the knowledge and skills he will acquire at Cambridge towards developing a more climate-resilient Africa.
