Wallace joined the programme in November 2022 from the University’s Department of Physics, where he was Postgraduate Administrator. He started his journey with the University as a Grants Reconciliation and Admissions Administrator. He has held industry roles in the UK at Anglian Water Services, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine and Transport for London (TfL) spanning 15 years. Wallace has a Bachelor’s degree in Football Studies from University of Bedfordshire and holds an MA in Business Management from Coventry University, completed in 2012. The Mastercard Foundation Program has offered him a mirror image of himself. He empathises with the scholars from Africa, who bear a resemblance to his upbringing and life experiences in accessing tertiary education.
