Andikan Essien is a certified educator endorsed by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), who will pursue an MPhil in Education (Education, Globalisation and International Development). She previously volunteered at the BeyondBarriers Educational Foundation, empowering rural Nigerian students with Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Academic Development (LEAD) skills. Driven by her passion for sustainability, Andikan undertook a graduate programme in International Development with DataVille Research LLC, gaining insights into achieving quality, inclusive, and resilient educational systems. Her research aims to explore Artificial Intelligence's role in predicting climate change impacts on education and developing adaptive learning structures in Nigeria.
