Evans Nimako is a high-achieving student who recently graduated from the BSc Land Economy programme at KNUST with first-class. As a sustainable real estate enthusiast, he will be pursuing an MPhil in Real Estate Finance at the University of Cambridge. He seeks to integrate his real estate finance knowledge, experience, and research to advocate for and implement sustainable construction and financing practices to address the consequences of climate change on the built environment. Ultimately, he hopes to become a leader in Africa’s real estate industry, encouraging long-term sustainability and community well-being through the promotion of sustainable and inclusive development practices.
