Akamihe Chinemerem is a scholar from Nigeria who will be pursuing an MPhil in Biological Sciences (Crop Science Pathway). She is passionate about under-utilised crops and the contribution they can make in the fight for resilient food sources in the face of climate change. She believes zero hunger is attainable and hopes to learn new ways for agriculture to deliver food in an equitable and sustainable manner, accounting for global population, biodiversity, climate change and current inequities in envisioning sustainable agriculture in the nearest future both home and abroad.
